| Our Nursing staff consists of trained nurses, who provide, round-the-clock, Nursing and Respite Care. Certified Nursing Assistants complement these professional to form our "Nursing Team". As a dually-licensed facility, we are able to provide a level of care that accommodates most medical needs. |

| A Social Service and Admissions Coordinator is available to address the emotional needs of the residents, orient the resident and their families, give support and guidance when making the transition into a nursing facility, and assist with discharge planning. |

| Our Medical Director specializes in the needs of Geriatric and Long Term Care patients. These services are complemented by a highly dedicated team of physicians and physician assistants from the surrounding community that have access to all the Des Moines area hospitals. They provide routine and emergency care for all our residents. |

| An exceptional Rehabilitation Program is directed by Licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists and is coordinated by trained staff to assist residents with functioning as independently as possible. In some cases, residents are able to return to previous living arrangements. |

| With the assistance of our interdisciplinary team we are able to provide "End of Life" care within our facility. Our team offers comfort and support to both the residents and their families. |

| Other services include a dietary staff which provides nutritional therapeutic diets to meet each individual's needs. This department is supervised by a registered Dietician who ensures that meals meet special dietary guidelines. Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance Services, and a Licensed Beautician are also available. |
